What is Mindomo?

Mindomo is an online mind mapping tool and service that offers you the perfect habitat to develop ideas and brainstorm with your team.

I didn't receive my confirmation message?

Please make sure you entered a valid e-mail address.

Otherwise our confirmation message will never reach you. Please ensure that your e-mail filters will allow mail from webmaster[at]mindomo[dot]com. Be sure to check your junkmail folder (or security settings). Also check if your inbox is full. Otherwise, go to the Forgot Password page and submit the email address you entered at signup. In a few minutes you should receive your account information and activation link.

What are the minimum system requirements to run Mindomo?

The minimum system requirements are:

Hardware: Pentium IV at 1.5 GHz or higher processor, minimum 256 Mb RAM or MAC equivalent
Operating system: Windows, OS X or Linux
Browser: any kind of browser with Adobe Flash Player 10 installed*.
* Cookies need to be enabled in your browser in order to login to your account!

I successfully logged in, but keep getting asked to login again.

The server will log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
There is a green circle on the bottom-right corner of the application which is the status indicator for the connection to the server. If the circle is green it means you have a working connection to the Mindomo Server. If the circle is greyed out it means you are not connected to the Mindomo Server.
